Once a design is chosen, the next step is to secure a piece of land and ensure it’s fully serviced to accommodate the new home. Buyers can either provide their own land or work with Trimaxx to help find a suitable lot that meets their needs.
Our team can assist with sourcing land and coordinating necessary services, including utilities and site preparation, ensuring a smooth transition from purchase to installation.
Select the foundation type that will support your new modular home. At Trimaxx, we typically offer durable concrete foundations, known for their stability and longevity.

The total cost of a Trimaxx modular home is carefully estimated by factoring in each step of the process.
This transparent approach helps homeowners see how each decision affects their budget, ensuring their vision aligns with costs. Working closely with our team at each stage, homeowners can confidently move forward, knowing their project is well-planned from start to finish.
To get started, we require a 10% down payment at the time of contract signing. This secures your order and kicks off the construction process.
Once the home reaches the halfway point of completion, a second payment of 40% is due, covering the progress made up to that stage.
The final 50% balance is due upon completion of construction, when your home is fully assembled and ready for delivery. This payment schedule ensures that costs are spread out over the course of the build, giving you flexibility while aligning payments with project milestones.
